Hardyman scored the game-winning goal in the 86th minute as UWSP beat UW-La Crosse in the regular season finale on Saturday. The goal was her third of the season and gave UWSP the two-seed and a bye into the WIAC semifinals.

April Gehl, Volleyball
Gehl recorded the first-ever 30-30 double-double in program history with 33 kills and 30 digs in Friday’s five-set win at UW-Whitewater. Her 33 kills tied a season-high for the senior and moved her into fourth all-time in league history. Her 30 digs were a career high. Gehl broke her own conference record with 96 kills attempts in the match. She also added a block, an ace and an assist.
Emma Peterson, Volleyball
Peterson had a career-high 30 digs in Friday’s win at UW-Whitewater. She also added seven assists and a service ace in the victory.

Lexi Pawlowski, Soccer
Pawlowski recorded her second shutout of the year, both in league play, with a 1-0 blanking of UW-La Crosse in the regular season finale. She made two saves for the clean sheet and helped the Pointers secure a bye into the WIAC semifinals.Â

Anna Pilecky, Swimming and Diving
Pilecky won the 1000-yard freestyle for the second-straight week with a time of 10:59.40, more than 30 seconds faster than the runner-up. In the 500-yard freestyle, she was edged out by less than a second with a swim of 5:19.83 to place second.

Claire Neuberger, Swimming and Diving
Neuberger won the one-meter dive on Saturday with a score of 250.55, 3.3 points better than the second-place finisher. She was UWSP’s top performer in the three-meter dive with a score of 192.25.

Shannon Motzko, Women's Hockey
Motzko scored a goal and had an assist to propel the Pointers to a 2-0-0 start to the season. She assisted on the first goal of the year, the eventual game-winner, on Friday. She added a goal of her own in the second period as the Pointers opened the season with a 3-0 win over St. Olaf.
