Lucas pocketed his first career kickoff return for a touchdown on Saturday at Stout.  His 78-yard return in the first quarter quickly erased a 7-0 deficit.  He totaled three returns for 128 yards on Saturday against the Blue Devils.

Other Nominees

Matt Urmanski, Football

Urmanski threw for 266 yards and three touchdowns in UWSP’s double overtime game at UW-Stout on Saturday.  He completed 21 of 32 passes in the game, including an 83-yard TD strike to Josh Cisewski.

Nevada Laabs, Football

Laabs had a career-high 12 tackles and a sack in Saturday’s game at Stout.  He also made his first career interception in the second quarter.
 

Jacob Aegerter, Swimming and Diving

Aegerter won both the 1000-yard and 500-yard freestyle in Friday’s dual win at UW-Eau Claire.  He clocked times of 10:27.18 and 5:02.77, respectively.  He also swam the second leg of the victorious 200-yard freestyle relay with a time of 1:29.01.
