Luedtke hit .429 over the five games last week.  In the first game against Bethel on Tuesday, she drew a walk, stole a base and scored a run for UWSP.  Then on Saturday, she went 5-for-5 over the doubleheader against Buena Vista with a run scored in each game.  She capped her week with a hit against No. 9 Luther on Sunday.

Other Nominees: 

Cole Erickson: Erickson picked up his first win of the season in the opener with 6.0 solid innings in the victory over St. Olaf.  He struck out four and scattered six hits with only one inning of more than one batter reaching base.

Anna Palicka: Palicka began her week with an 11-strikeout, 6.0 inning start to defeat Bethel on Tuesday.  She earned a save on Saturday with 1.2 innings of relief against Buena Vista.  For the week, she had 19 strikeouts in 17.0 innings with a 2.65 ERA.
