Cohen went 2-0 with a save in opening weekend action in the circle. She began the season by earning her fourth career save in the win over Lakeland. In game two, she took the ball and tossed a complete-game two-hitter in a win over Marian. Cohen struck out 10 Sabres in the victory and gave up just one walk. On Sunday, she started the first game against Edgewood and struck out 10 Eagles in 6.2 innings of work to earn her second win of the year. On the weekend, she struck out 22, walked just three and had a 1.31 ERA in 16.0 innings pitched. She also went 3-for-6 at the plate with two doubles, two RBI and a run scored.

In game two, she had two RBI in a 3-for-4 game in a victory over Marian. On Sunday, she capped her weekend with two doubles and a run scored against CUW. Her three RBI, 12 total bases and six doubles all lead the team through four games.
