Nong-Lambert racked up four points in UWSP’s sweep of a two-game series against No. 2 Adrian. In Tuesday’s series-opener, he scored the first goal of the game and notched the game-winner on the power play in the third period to break a 2-2 tie. It was his first career multi-goal performance for the Pointers. In Wednesday’s series finale, he added a pair of assists, including a late first-period tally that became the game-winner.

Brett Tauber: Tauber poured in 18 points in UWSP’s win over St. Thomas on Saturday, one shy of his career high. He shot 8-for-14 from the field (.571), made both of his free throws, recorded three blocks to go with two assists and two steals against the Tommies. In Wednesday’s win over Lawrence, he contributed five points, five rebounds, one assist, one block and one steal. He grabbed 12 boards on the week and his seven on the offensive glass were a third of the team’s total for the week. Tauber averaged 11.5 points per game, 6.0 rebounds, 2.0 blocks and a 1.5 assist-to-turnover ratio over the 2-0 week.
Matt Berlin: Berlin won by tech fall by a score of 19-2 in just 2:06 in his dual match at 133 at UW-Eau Claire on Wednesday. It was his 10th win of the season.
