Roland scored a career-high 14 points and added three rebounds and four steals in No. 14 UW-Stevens Point’s 67-48 win at UW-Platteville on Wednesday. The sophomore scored nine of her 14 points in the opening half as the Pointers went ahead 32-21 and never looked back. Roland shot 6-for-9 from the field, including 2-for-4 from behind the arc, and her four steals were also a career high. She also scored six points on a pair of three-pointers in a 60-46 loss at No. 20 UW-Oshkosh on Saturday. For the week, Roland averaged 10.5 points per game on 61.5 percent (8-for-13) shooting from the field and 57.1 percent (4-for-7) shooting from behind the arc.
