Davis scored a natural hat trick in a span of 7:59 in the second period to help No. 7/8 UW-Stevens Point pull away from Northland in a 6-1 win on Friday night on the road. The junior forward scored three consecutive UWSP goals, including two in the final 1:07 of the period after Northland got on the board to trail 3-1. Davis’ natural hat trick was the first by a UW-Stevens Point player since Russel Law scored three straight goals in a 3-3 tie at St. Scholastica on Jan. 27, 2006.
