University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point Athletics

Michelle Lunneborg, sophomore (Richfield, Minn., / Richfield), had four points in three Pointer wins this past week.  Hosting Finlandia University on Friday, Lunneborg found the back of the net on an unassisted goal in the second period.  15 minutes later Lunneborg tallied an assist on the Pointers’ third goal of the game.  Midway through the third period Lunneborg notched another assist as the Pointers pulled away for the win.  In the rematch on Saturday Lunneborg had four shots and scored a power-play goal at the eight minute mark of the third period to seal the Pointer win.
