Almonte had 118 yards on six total returns in UW-Stevens Point’s 34-31 setback at UW-Stout on Saturday. The sophomore had four punt returns for 50 yards, including a 41-yard runback in the fourth quarter that set the Pointers up for a touchdown that put UWSP ahead 31-27. Almonte also had two kickoff returns for 68 yards. He took the opening kickoff 53 yards from the goal line to the UW-Stout 47-yard line to set up a touchdown.
