Pedersen was UW-Stevens Point’s top finisher by placing eighth at the 2015 Brissman/Lundeen Cross Country Invitational, hosted by Augustana (Ill.), in Rock Island, Ill. on Saturday. The junior set a personal-best time of 24:58.3 in the race. Pedersen’s strong showing helped the Pointers finish sixth of 50 teams at the meet.
