Gorges went 2-1 with two complete games and a 3.32 ERA in three starts this week for UW-Stevens Point. She helped the Pointers to a 4-2 win over No. 23 UW-La Crosse on Saturday with her first complete game of the week, holding the Eagles to two runs and did not walk a batter. She also picked up a win on Sunday with a complete game in a 7-4 victory at UW-Platteville. Against the Pioneers, Gorges went the distance for the ninth time this season, allowing three earned runs. The sophomore did not walk a batter in 19.0 innings of work this week.
