Ranking third in Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference history with 2,163 career digs, Lori Marten begins her first season as an assistant coach.
Marten has the two highest single-season digs marks in school history, totaling a league-leading 676 as a sophomore and another 675 as a senior to earn all-WIAC defensive team honors each season.
She shattered the school’s career digs mark, passing the record during her junior season. Marten appeared in a school-record 494 games played. She missed only five games and one match over her four seasons.
A Pittsville native, Marten was a second-team all-area selection in high school and led her team to the state tournament. She is a graduate assistant working toward a Master’s degree in Education.
