Ryan Schilter (West Bend, WI/West) was named an Honorable Mention All-American by D3baseball.com just days before the Pointers head into the program's fifth NCAA Division III World Series appearance.

Schilter, a pre-season All-American, led the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) in stolen bases for the second consecutive season with 21, a mark that also ranks him fifth among all All-Americans.
The senior from West Bend, WI posted a .992 fielding percentage, the second-best rate among all All-American catchers.
Schilter is hitting .376 with nine home runs and 48 RBIs. His 66 runs lead the WIAC and his 79 hits are one behind the conference leader and teammate
Dan Douglas (East Troy, WI/East Troy).
Schilter has 23 multi-hit games, and had a stretch in which he homered in four consecutive games.
Schilter was named to both the All-Midwest Region First Team and the All-WIAC First Team this season.
