CROSS COUNTRY/TRACK & FIELD
- NCAA Division III national champion in both indoor and outdoor track and field in 1988, winning the 5,000 meter indoor title and the 10,000 meter outdoor title
- Won WSUC track titles in 5,000 meters and 10,000 meters and was a four-time Division III track All-American
- Earned two All-American honors at the Division III cross country championships, finishing second in 1987 and 10th in 1986
- Was the 1987 WSUC cross country champion with a time of 24:10, which was the fastest winning time since 1968
