Ciriacks was an offensive lineman for head coach D.J. LeRoy from 1984 to 1987. He was an offensive tackle for the Pointers in the 1987 national championship game. He was an honorable mention All-American selection in 1987 and earned first-team All-WIAC honors that season. He was noted as the best offensive lineman on the team with just 49 sacks allowed in 685 pass attempts and the team rushed for 1,454 yards.
