Shelly Maus was a business graduate from UW-Stevens Point who participated on the women's volleyball team for the 2004 to 2007 seasons. Maus was an honorable mention for the WIAC for 2004 and 2005 and later became a WIAC first-team all-conference member for 2006 and 2007. She holds three records for UW-Stevens Point volleyball, most career kills with 1715, most career blocks with 678 and most kills in a season with 504 in 2007. Maus also received an All-American honorable mention and All-Region team selection for the Midwest Region in 2006. Maus combined her on-court accolades with great work in the classroom to be named a recipient of the Judy Kruckman WIAC Scholar Athlete Award in 2007.
