Flease played from 2007 to 2011 under UWSP coaching legend Shirley Egner. She was a two-time All-WIAC first team and WIAC All-Defensive team selection. Flease led the Pointers to four-straight NCAA Tournament appearances, once to the Elite 8 round and twice more to the Sweet 16. In 2011, Flease was named to the WBCA All-America honorable mention team. She earned D3hoops.com All-Central Region honors in 2010 and 2011. During the 2010-11 season, Flease set the single-season school record with 159 assists. For her career, Flease is fourth all-time in assists with 392 and is second in games played at 119. Flease was second in the conference in steals twice and in 2010-11 she ranked ninth in the country with a 2.37 assist-to-turnover ratio. The Pointers won the WIAC regular season title twice and the WIAC Tournament four times during her career.
