UW-Stevens Point Director's Cup History
Begun in 1995, the Director's Cup measures the top overall athletics program among nearly 450 NCAA Division III institutions. The award, presented by the National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics, is based on points accumulated in NCAA tournament competition. UW-Stevens Point has placed in the top 25 for 10 straight years. UW-Stevens Point has been the highest-finishing WIAC school in the standings six of the past eight years and was the highest-performing non-east coast school during its fifth place finishes in 2004-05 and 2003-04.
